About the Position:
This challenging yet rewarding position involves working closely with children, young people, and their families to identify and address their needs. As a Family Wellbeing Professional, you will be responsible for assessing complex situations, developing and implementing effective care plans, and coordinating interventions that promote positive outcomes. Your extensive knowledge and skills will enable you to navigate sensitive family dynamics and facilitate collaborative solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify individual and familial needs
- Develop and implement targeted care plans that drive meaningful change
- Collaborate with other professionals to provide wrap-around support for vulnerable families
- Provide guidance and support to families in crisis, empowering them to overcome adversity
Compensation and Career Advancement:
As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of up to £41,567 + £5,500 market premium + £3,000 annual retention payment after 1 year's service, as well as opportunities for professional growth and continuing education.
