Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality therapy sessions to children and families. Your primary focus will be on delivering evidence-based treatments, maintaining accurate records, and engaging in regular supervision and consultation.
Responsibilities:
Your duties will include:
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Providing regular therapy sessions, including online and in-person consultations
- Maintaining accurate client records, including progress notes and session summaries
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- A master's degree in a relevant field, such as clinical psychology or social work
- At least 2 years of experience working in mental health settings, preferably with children and families
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
