Role Overview

This Behaviour Support mentor position is ideal for an individual who can take a therapeutic approach when working with vulnerable young people who display challenging and volatile behaviours.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support students experiencing social and emotional difficulties and mental health challenges
  • Work collaboratively with the Class Teacher and Supporting staff to manage behaviour effectively
Requirements and Qualifications

A background in Teaching Assistant, Mental Health, Childcare or Youth Worker is essential. The ideal candidate must be confident in managing behaviour that presents challenges.

Working Hours and Salary

Full-time: 08:30 - 15:30, Monday - Friday. Estimated annual salary: £22,500.
