Autism and Behaviour Support Educator

We are a school for students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, aged 11-16.
The ideal candidate will take a therapeutic approach and have a strong willingness to work with vulnerable young people who display challenging and volatile behaviours.
Main Responsibilities:- Support students with social and emotional difficulties and mental health challenges
- Collaborate with the Class Teacher and Supporting staff to manage behaviour effectively
Experience in Teaching Assistant roles, Mental Health, Childcare, or Youth Work is essential. You must be confident in managing behaviour that challenges.
Working Hours and CompensationFull-time hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 15:30. The estimated annual salary is £23,500.
