Behavioural Specialist for Children

As a Primary SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children with SEMH and Behaviour, alongside their peers in a mainstream Primary classroom setting.
You will be responsible for providing individualised support to children, working closely with teachers and other professionals to identify strategies to improve behaviour and academic outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing one-to-one support to pupils with special educational needs
- Developing and implementing behaviour management plans
- Collaborating with teachers and other professionals to share best practice
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
