Behaviour Support Professional

Luton Primary School is looking for a Behaviour Support Professional to join our pastoral support team. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with the HLTAs and Inclusion Manager to create a positive and inclusive school environment.
About the Role- This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about promoting positive behaviour and supporting others to reach their full potential.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated and committed team, providing targeted support for students with behavioural needs. They will also have the chance to lead data-driven, evidence-based behaviour and learning interventions in collaboration with class teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement behaviour management strategies in collaboration with class teachers.
- Lead data-driven, evidence-based behaviour and learning interventions in collaboration with class teams.
- Work with the pastoral team to create an effective space to run Nurture interventions/support dysregulated children in.
- Provide targeted support for students with behavioural needs.
- Analyse and evaluate the effectiveness and impact of interventions, making modifications where necessary.
