Educational Support Professional

About the role:
- As an Educational Support Professional, you will work closely with our teachers to create a nurturing and engaging learning environment for primary-aged children with complex needs.
- You will help pupils thrive academically, socially, and emotionally through tailored support for individual or small groups of students.
- Providing personal care as needed to ensure students' well-being is also an essential part of this role.
- Collaborating with our teaching staff to implement creative and effective learning strategies will be key to your success.
Estimated salary: £18,000-£25,000 per annum
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Childcare or SEND practice is ideal.
- Experience in working with pupils with special educational needs, particularly autism (ASD), is required.
- Flexibility, patience, and proactivity are essential qualities for this role.
