Team Lead in Care Leavers Service

Tripod Executive invites applications for a seasoned Service Manager to lead our Care Leavers Service team.
This role entails overseeing a team of skilled professionals, including Senior Practitioners, Social Workers, and Personal Advisors. As Team Manager, you will be responsible for strategic decision-making, day-to-day operations, and supporting the Service Manager when necessary.
Your Background- You hold a degree in Social Work, such as CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent, and are registered with Social Work England.
- You have extensive experience working with children and families in the statutory sector.
- You possess a management qualification or have demonstrated leadership skills.
- You possess a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle for work purposes.
- The annual salary range is £48,696 to £52,959.
- A market allowance of £7,000 per annum is provided (paid monthly), along with a retention payment of £3,000 per annum after one year's service.
- Flexible working options include hybrid arrangements, allowing you to work from home or the office (minimum two days per week).
- Essential User Allowance and Lease Car options are also available.
- Free car parking and a relocation allowance of up to £8,000 are included.
