Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Carrying out needs and risk assessments, and developing person-centred plans of care delivery
  • Supervising and instructing care workers
  • Implementing quality assurance processes through planned and ad hoc monitoring and spot checks
  • Leading and managing a team to achieve excellent outcomes for our clients
