We are currently recruiting for an Advocacy and Support Worker to join our team at Riverside. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in advocating for the rights and interests of our customers, providing emotional and practical support, and empowering them to make informed decisions about their lives.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working with vulnerable individuals, delivering structured support and risk management, and possessing a caring and empathetic nature. You will also need to be able to work effectively as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and confidence in decision-making.

In this role, you will be responsible for engaging customers to meet agreed outcomes and develop life skills, assisting customers with day-to-day support and tenancy-related matters, identifying and promoting opportunities for employment, education, and training, and signposting customers to appropriate external support services.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,965.41 per annum, with opportunities for progression to £27,112.48 per annum after 18 months of successful performance. Our comprehensive benefits package includes 28 days' holiday plus bank holidays, flexible working options, investment in learning and technology, and a wide range of employee benefits.
