Care and Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated Care and Support Worker to join our team in Chatham and surrounding areas. As a Care and Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of local people, providing companionship, personal care, medication reminders, meal preparation, housekeeping, and mobility support.
The estimated salary for this role is £12 per hour, with paid mileage and flexible hours available. You will be working as part of a fantastic team, delivering award-winning care to support clients in their own homes and maintaining their independence, dignity, and self-worth. Every day is different, and we offer a range of benefits, including enhanced pay for weekends and bank holidays, paid training, and self-development opportunities.
