We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.

As a Nursing Lead for Elderly Care, you will provide hands-on nursing care, manage clinical interventions, and guide Health Care Assistants. You will also lead and inspire the care team, fostering a warm and homely environment in line with Avante's Eden Alternative Philosophy of Care.

The ideal candidate will have experience as an NMC Pin Holder with expertise in nursing and be ready to take the lead in providing outstanding care.
