Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality nursing care, manage clinical interventions, and guide Health Care Assistants to ensure every resident receives personalized attention.
- Lead and inspire the care team, fostering a warm and homely atmosphere that aligns with our Eden Alternative Philosophy of Care.
- Work closely with the Nurse Manager and Registered Home Manager to uphold care excellence.
