Caring Support Worker

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Companionship: Provide friendly and supportive care to prevent loneliness and isolation.
- Personal Care: Assist with all aspects of personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Medication: Collect prescriptions and provide reminders to ensure our clients take their medication as prescribed.
- Mealtimes: Prepare tasty meals and help with feeding, if required.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and safe living environment for our clients.
- Mobility: Assist with mobility, including helping clients to get around their homes and with transfers.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and their families.
- Compassionate and Patient: A caring and compassionate approach, with patience and understanding in all interactions.
- Flexible and Reliable: A responsible and dedicated approach, with flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
