Job Title: Special Educational Needs Support Worker
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Abbey Court School. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting students with complex needs, ensuring their safety and well-being, and promoting their independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students with complex needs in a safe and inclusive environment
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and mobility
- Participate in educational activities and promote student engagement
- Collaborate with the teaching team to develop and implement individualized support plans
Requirements:
- Childcare experience or relevant qualifications
- Ability to work as part of a team and provide individualized support
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the well-being of students
