Role: SENCO
Salary: MPS + SEN Allowances
You will play a vital role in supporting staff and ensuring that all students reach their full potential as a dedicated SENCO. Our school is looking for an inspirational SENCO to join our team.

Successful Candidates Will Have:
- A qualified SENCO with a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a UK classroom.
- National Award for Special Educational Needs Coordinator qualification.
- Knowledge of SEN policies relevant to the role of a SENCO.
- A passion for inclusion and making a difference in the lives of young people as a SENCO.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills suitable for a SENCO.
- A commitment to fostering a nurturing environment for all children, championed by our SENCO.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
