Role: SENCO

You will play a vital role in supporting staff and ensuring that all students reach their full potential as a dedicated SENCO. Our school is looking for an inspirational SENCO to join our team.

Successful Candidates Will Have:

  • A qualified SENCO with a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a UK classroom.
  • National Award for Special Educational Needs Coordinator qualification.
  • Knowledge of SEN policies relevant to the role of a SENCO.
  • A passion for inclusion and making a difference in the lives of young people as a SENCO.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills suitable for a SENCO.
  • A commitment to fostering a nurturing environment for all children, championed by our SENCO.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
