Spire Healthcare: Clinical Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our Surgical Ward or Outpatient Department as a Clinical Support Worker. This role involves working alongside our Registered Nurses to provide pre and post-operative care for patients.

This position requires the ability to work early/lates/nights and weekends. The successful candidate will have NVQ Level 3 and clinical experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the team in providing exemplary patient care
  • Contributing to the support and monitoring of patients
  • Identifying and reporting significant changes in patient health and well-being
  • Assisting with patient movement in line with hospital policies

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an HCA/CSW in a clinical environment
  • NVQ Level 3
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in ECGs, taking blood/blood pressures, and patient observations
