**What you’ll do**:

- Assist the Facilities Manager in all aspects of site operations as needed, including Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality, Compliance Management, Planned and Reactive Maintenance and Student Communication.
- Support the students with all queries regarding accommodation and services.
- Manage contractors and sub-contractors working at site in conjunction with the Facilities Manager
- Represent the Sodexo in inter-departmental meetings to support and facilitate communication and action between departments (where required).
- Independently maintain and update administrative policies and processes.
- Set up, maintain, and organise site's central files, information, filing, and messages.
- Provide administrative support to the Facilities team.
- Manage the Maximo system, including receiving work request, assigning work orders to engineers,
- Entering system data and providing the overall system administration.
- Complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
- Carry out operational shifts and support other areas of the business as required.
- Support other sites including travel to undertake monitoring as required.
- Support the wider contracts with timely close out of internal and external audit actions.
