We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join Brook Street's administration team on a long-term temporary basis in Medway.

Key Details
  • 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
  • Long term Temporary ongoing role
  • Pay: £11.88 per hour

The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support, exercising independent judgment when carrying out instructions under general supervision.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage the telephone help desk for the courts, handling calls efficiently and effectively.
  2. Collate and analyze complex information or data, utilizing Excel regularly.
  3. Process applications, manage fee accounting and cashier duties, process orders, and input IT data.
  4. Oversee administrative procedures and processes, ensuring seamless operations.
  5. Liaise with the Courtroom, judiciary, and public, providing clear communication.
  6. Process correspondence, prepare routine documents, and input IT data accurately.
  7. Act as an administrative liaison with internal and external sources, fostering strong relationships.
Requirements
  • 5 GCSEs at grade C or above (including English Language) or equivalent qualification.
  • NVQ Business Administration Level 2 or suitable clerical experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Subject to 3 years of referencing checks and a DBS check.
