We are looking for a highly organised Refrigeration Projects Coordinator to work with our team in Chatham, GB. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and coordination support to the Refrigeration Small Works/Projects department.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Provide administration and coordination support to Project Managers and Design Engineers.
  • Process contract management forms in accordance with Integral's compliance procedures.
  • Liaise with Project Managers on project delivery and installation.

Requirements:

  • GCSEs or equivalent in Maths, English, and ICT.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Experience in a Project Support role and/or Project Services/Installation business.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success, flexibility, and proactive attitude. Salary: up to £28,000 per annum.
