Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our Refrigeration Projects team at Integral UK. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing administrative support to project managers and design engineers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to project managers and design engineers.
  • Coordinating logistics and procurement processes.
  • Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely data entry and reporting.
  • Assisting with the preparation of project documentation.
  • Managing and maintaining accurate records and databases.
  • Supporting project managers in the development of project plans and schedules.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a project support role or similar industry.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Professional attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and benefits package. We offer a hybrid working arrangement, with the option to work from home up to two days a week.
