Refrigeration Project Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Refrigeration Project Assistant to join our team at Integral UK. As a key member of our projects department, you will assist project managers and design engineers in the coordination and execution of refrigeration projects.
This is a full-time permanent position working 37.5 hours a week between 09:00 and 17:00 Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will have the option to work from home up to two days a week.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
- Providing administrative support to project managers and design engineers.
- Coordinating logistics and procurement processes.
- Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ensuring accurate and timely data entry and reporting.
- Assisting with the preparation of project documentation.
- Managing and maintaining accurate records and databases.
- Supporting project managers in the development of project plans and schedules.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
- GCSEs or equivalent in Maths, English, and ICT.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office/Project or similar and familiarity with Adobe Acrobat or similar.
- Experience working in a project support role and/or project services/installation business.
- Good communication levels and ability to build relationships with key personnel and customers.
- Excellent team working skills.
- Financial awareness.
- In-depth understanding of end-to-end project processes and associated activities.
- Proven track record of success.
- Flexible and proactive with ability to work under own initiative, high energy, assertiveness, and creativity.
- Excellent management skills and strong organisational capability.
- Commitment to collaboration and teamwork.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines, manage multiple projects, and work under pressure.
- Strong Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills.
- Excellent written and oral English.
