Student Success Coach

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Student Success Coach to join our team at beBee Professionals in Chatham. As a key member of our support team, you will work closely with teachers to provide individualized support to students with special educational needs. Your role will involve providing one-on-one or small group support during lessons, assisting in the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs), and fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement support plans for students with SEN.
- Provide tailored support to students during lessons, promoting academic and social growth.
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of IEPs, ensuring students receive the support they need to succeed.
- Help create a welcoming and inclusive learning environment that values diversity and promotes social-emotional growth.
- Experience working with children with special educational needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to build strong relationships with students and staff.
- Relevant qualifications in education or SEN support are highly desirable.
