Tender Coordination Lead:

We are seeking a highly skilled Tender Coordination Lead to join our team in Chatham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating bid submissions, managing proposals, and liaising with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate bid submissions with internal teams.
  • Manage proposals from development to submission.
  • Translate technical information into proposals for technical and non-technical readers.
  • Communicate key benefits through engaging proposals and presentations.
  • Produce case studies, staff profiles, and gather evidence to support submissions.
  • Maintain the bid library for future submissions.
  • Review tender documents and generate a Response Matrix for compliant bids.
  • Attend tender launch meetings and write responses to SQ and ITT questions.

Requirements:

  • Degree-educated professional.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & Outlook.
  • Adobe InDesign proficiency is advantageous.
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Able to work under tight deadlines and in a team environment.

Salary Information: We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
