About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Internal Account Manager to join our team in the Automotive Parts industry. As an Internal Account Manager, you will be responsible for maximising all profitable sales from inbound enquiries while developing and retaining customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exceed sales targets and increase business profit and revenue.
  • Handle all incoming enquiries and identify sales opportunities.
  • Quote and negotiate sales deals.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to existing customers.
  • Follow up on quotes and finalise deals.
  • Record all necessary data in CRM.

Requirements:

  • A salesperson with a target-driven attitude and experience in B2B sales.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and active listening.
  • Self-motivated and a willingness to learn.
  • Efficient in CRM and business intelligence sales tools.
  • Able to multi-task and work well in a team environment.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of £40,000 - £45,000 with a bonus structure in place.
