Internal Sales Manager

Antony James Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Manager to join their team in the Automotive Parts industry. As an Internal Sales Manager, you will be responsible for maximising all profitable sales from inbound enquiries while developing and retaining customer relationships working from warm leads.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills with a proactive driven approach. They will be responsible for:

  • Exceeding targets and increasing business profit and revenue.
  • Handling all incoming enquiries and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Quoting and up-selling products to increase sales.
  • Following up on all quotes and finalising deals.
  • Recording all necessary data in CRM.

The successful Internal Sales Manager will have a target-driven attitude, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment. They will be self-motivated and willing to learn, with a strong understanding of CRM and business intelligence sales tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and profit.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Monitor and analyse sales data to inform sales strategies and improve performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong understanding of CRM and business intelligence sales tools.
