Job Title: Internal Sales Timber Products

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Sales Timber Products Specialist to join our team at Mitchell Maguire. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new contracts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of sales initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity

Industry Sector: Our client operates in the timber sales industry, serving a range of customers including main contractors, D&B contractors, national and regional housebuilders, shop fitters, and joiners. They offer a diverse range of products, including softwoods, sheet material, hardwoods, joinery products, MDF, OSB, panel products, cladding, mouldings, decorative surfaces, decking, engineered roof, façade systems, and site hoardings.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the timber industry
  • Strong understanding of the timber sales market and industry trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Results-driven and target-oriented
