Kinetech is seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Manager to lead our team of Service Desk Analysts. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for owning the budget, performance, and continuous improvement of the IT Service Management function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Service Desk Analysts to deliver exceptional service to business users.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to drive continuous improvement in ITIL.
  • Report on Service-oriented KPIs and other metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Manage IT Asset management, including budget, policy, and process development.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in managing people within an ITIL environment.
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, Exchange, and Microsoft 365.
  • Good Service Management reporting skills – Utilising ITSM and/or PowerBI.
