Service Desk Administrator

As the service desk administrator you are often the first point of contact with our customers, therefore exceptional customer service skills are essential.
- **Responsibilities (are to include the following but are not limited to)**:_
- Engineer scheduling
- Review and issue engineering reports
- Raising Jobs - Maintenance, Quoted & Reactive
- Purchasing of parts and equipment as required
- Communicating with Customers (Verbally and in Writing)
- Updating system information
- Obtaining Customer POs
- Maintaining KPIs
- Customer Invoicing
- Customer Quotations / Estimates Following service visits
This is a full time position Monday - Friday 08:30-17:00, based within our East Kilbride office. It is excellent opportunity to further develop your skills and experience within an administrative role. Previous experience in a similar role is not essential, full training will be provided.
