Financial Operations Manager
Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Manager to join our team at Tate. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for managing financial tasks, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial data, and providing timely reports to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and present monthly management reports on revenue and overheads, including variance analyses.
- Deliver weekly sales and order book reports to key stakeholders.
- Manage project accounting for all subcontract and application projects where revenue is recognized based on % of completion.
- Post month-end journals, including accruals, prepayments, and deferred revenue.
- Maintain the fixed assets register and post monthly depreciation in line with company policy.
- Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations to ensure the validity of all assets and liabilities.
- Prepare and submit monthly payroll for review in compliance with company policy.
- Prepare, present, and support medical department with monthly financial actuals vs targets.
- Studying or desire to study for professional qualification.
- Proactive attitude and keen to learn.
- Advanced excel skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Experience in using IFS system would be an advantage.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
£45,000 per annum.
