Job Title:

Financial Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Manager to join our team at Tate. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for managing financial tasks, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial data, and providing timely reports to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and present monthly management reports on revenue and overheads, including variance analyses.
  • Deliver weekly sales and order book reports to key stakeholders.
Project Management:
  • Manage project accounting for all subcontract and application projects where revenue is recognized based on % of completion.
  • Post month-end journals, including accruals, prepayments, and deferred revenue.
  • Maintain the fixed assets register and post monthly depreciation in line with company policy.
  • Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations to ensure the validity of all assets and liabilities.
Payroll and Business Partnering:
  • Prepare and submit monthly payroll for review in compliance with company policy.
  • Prepare, present, and support medical department with monthly financial actuals vs targets.
Requirements:
  • Studying or desire to study for professional qualification.
  • Proactive attitude and keen to learn.
  • Advanced excel skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Experience in using IFS system would be an advantage.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
Salary:

£45,000 per annum.
