The company is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join the team as Financial Management Coordinator. The ideal candidate will assist in managing day-to-day financial tasks, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of accounting and supporting the smooth operation of financial functions within the company.


  1. Process supplier invoices and expenses.
  2. Handle both AP and AR functions, including follow-up on outstanding invoices.
  3. Conduct Bank Reconciliations.
  4. Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, entering data into SAP software.
  5. Provide support and documentation for audits.
  6. Handle various administrative tasks within the finance department to ensure efficiency.

The role would be accompanied by study support either towards AAT or ACCA/CIMA. An estimated salary for this position is $60,000 per annum.
