Job Summary

Impact Food Group seeks an experienced Financial Support Assistant to provide administrative support to the Payroll Manager and help manage payroll services. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.

About the Job

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Payroll Manager with payroll duties, prioritising workloads, managing administration, and communicating with stakeholders. You will work closely with our outsourced provider iTrent to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Payroll Manager with payroll duties
- Prioritise workloads to meet tight deadlines and ensure payroll turnaround
- Manage administration of starters, leavers, and adhoc tasks
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Submit company pension on a monthly basis

Requirements and Benefits

We require a proactive individual with strong Excel skills, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently. A competitive salary of £28,000 - £30,000 per annum is offered, along with 25 days paid annual leave, access to online learning platform, employee wellbeing platform, and other benefits.
