Innovative Systems is a leading global provider of SaaS and on-premise software data management and compliance solutions. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting our continued expansion and growth within Europe and abroad.

We are looking for talented and dynamic individuals to join our elite team. Using your prospecting expertise, you will generate qualified sales opportunities in targeted Tier 1 businesses across Europe for our Account Executives to close. You'll collaborate with our talented sales and marketing teams to deliver innovative and compelling messages, targeted campaigns, and provide a world-class experience for every prospect contacted.

This is an outstanding career opportunity. You'll be among some of the first SDRs at Innovative. This means you'll have a unique opportunity to influence the direction of the SDR team for years to come. And – you'll be positioned for a future in field sales or even leader of an SDR team

This is a full-time hybrid role with an expectation for time "in office" each week. We work with some of the world's leading Financial Services and Insurance brands, including Bank of Ireland, Bank of Montreal, IG Group, BUPA, National General Insurance. Our teams are highly diverse and multi-cultural. You will find friends here and in our offices abroad.
