CWP Practitioner

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a CWP Practitioner. As a key member of our Child Wellbeing Team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to children and young people experiencing mental health issues.
Key Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with children, young people, and their families to develop and implement personalized support plans.
- Provide guidance and support to colleagues in community and school settings to identify and manage mental health issues.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of evidence-based early interventions for children and young people experiencing mild to moderate mental health problems.
- Participate in intensive supervision and training to develop the necessary skills and competence to deliver high-quality support.
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in child development, education, wellbeing, mental health, or a related field.
- Ability to work at degree level or equivalent level of relevant experience.
- Proven record of previous learning or formal study in child development, education, wellbeing, mental health, or a related area.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
