Main duties of the job

Youll be working in aservice which is embracing compassionate leadership and the need to innovateand work differently in supporting childrens mental health. You willalso be working within the Lambeth CWP programme, providing high volume lowintensity interventions, consisting of a range of self-management courses toChildren and Young People and their families experiencing mild to moderateanxiety, depression and/or challenging behaviour.

The team consists of a CWPService Lead, a Specialist Clinical Practitioner, 2 Recruit to Train TraineeCBT Therapists, 4 qualified CWPs and 2 Trainee CWPS

Job description

Job responsibilities

To screen referrals on assigned CWP duty dates andrespond to queries within the service.

Provide a range of information and support forevidence based high-volume-low-

intensityevidence based GSH courses. This work may be face to face, telephone or viaother media.

To assess and support children and young people withcommon mental health problems in improving resilience and self-management.

Evidence of working with people who have experienced a mental health problem. Experience in using an electronic clinical records and data collection system
