Administrative Coordinator

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Top Job Recruitment Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating property-related activities, ensuring smooth processes, and contributing to the success of our rapidly expanding company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Property Coordination: Set up and manage new property valuation applications in our company database, arrange property valuations with local estate agents, and coordinate viewing appointments with field agents.
- Client and Stakeholder Liaison: Communicate effectively with professional and lay executors to finalize property-related appointments, maintain accurate records, and ensure all parties are updated throughout the process.
- Administrative Excellence: Create and compile marketing reports for property sales, write valuation reports for probate purposes, arrange EPCs (Energy Performance Certificates), manage other compliance requirements, raise invoices, and handle documentation through internal systems.
Requirements:
- Essential Skills: Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail, excellent telephone manner and written communication skills, ability to work independently and use initiative while being a strong team player, proficient in managing tasks under pressure and meeting deadlines, diligent, adaptable, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred Skills: Familiarity with property-related administration or a similar field, knowledge of the probate process is an advantage but not essential.
