About the Role:

We are recruiting an experienced Administration Assistant to join our team at the Transfer of Care Hub at Colchester Hospital.

This is a fixed-term position that requires providing efficient administration support, acting as a key contact for patients and families dealing with various queries.

The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience, NHS experience, excellent communication skills, and good organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide proactive administration support to our existing team.
  2. Act as a key contact for patients and families dealing with queries.
  3. Adhere to policies and procedures to deliver a high-quality service.

Working Arrangements:
This is a full-time position working 37.5 hours per week.

Salary Information:
The estimated salary for this position is £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
