Job Title: Administrative HR Coordinator

Estimated Salary: £38,000 - £48,000 per annum

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative HR Coordinator to join our team at Informa Connect Limited. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for coordinating various HR activities, ensuring timely and efficient execution of tasks.

About the Role:

  • Coordinate recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews, preparing candidate materials, and communicating with hiring managers.
  • Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Develop and maintain HR documentation, including policy manuals, procedure guides, and employee handbooks.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
