Administrative HR Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative HR Coordinator to join our team at Informa Connect Limited. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for coordinating various HR activities, ensuring timely and efficient execution of tasks.
About the Role:
- Coordinate recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews, preparing candidate materials, and communicating with hiring managers.
- Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Develop and maintain HR documentation, including policy manuals, procedure guides, and employee handbooks.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
