About the Role

In this key position, you'll be responsible for managing HRIS systems (SAP and Oracle), ensuring accurate colleague profiles and files. You'll collaborate with various teams, including HR Business Partners, Payroll, and Benefits, to meet payroll deadlines. Your focus will be on HR SSO EMEA, serving 4,000 colleagues.

You'll prepare, run, and submit monthly payroll, coordinating with internal and external teams. Additionally, you'll generate various letters, including change, parental leave, and absence letters. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
