About the Role

Informa Connect is seeking a People Services Administrator to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the complete employment lifecycle, from recruitment to retirement, for our global workforce.

The estimated salary for this role is around £36,000 - £41,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a dynamic and flexible organization, we offer a range of benefits, including 25 days annual leave, a birthday leave day, and the opportunity to work from home up to four weeks a year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact for colleagues on all employee lifecycle inquiries
  • Manage HRIS systems (SAP and Oracle), ensuring colleague profiles are up-to-date and maintained accurately throughout the month
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Payroll, and Benefits teams to meet payroll deadlines
Qualifications and Requirements
  • A good knowledge of SAP and/or Oracle systems is desirable
  • Previous experience within an HR SSO environment is preferred
  • You should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
