We are seeking an experienced Administrative Team Coordinator to join our team at East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our minor operations waiting list.

Your main responsibilities will include coordinating patient admissions, maintaining accurate records, and generating reports as required. You will also be expected to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Key Requirements:

  • Good command of English
  • Proven experience as a secretary or administrator
  • Understanding of hospital PAS system requirements and strict confidentiality

Salary Range: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
