Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team at Artemis Recruitment Consultants Ltd. This office-based role requires a high level of technical and administrative support, with excellent written English, numerate and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level technical and administrative support, responding to client enquiries and liaising with third parties as required
- Issuing letters of authority (LOAs) to providers and chasing financial institutions for requested information
- Maintaining and accurately updating the CRM, using it to effectively manage the business workflow
- Deciphering policy information and inputting into the company CRM, onboarding new clients to our company CRM
- Preparing client files for review meetings and providing regular status updates to clients regarding transfers, withdrawals, and other activities
Salary and Benefits:
A competitive salary of £27,000 per annum, plus benefits package, including ongoing training and development opportunities, and the chance to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience within a Financial Planning role, with a can-do attitude and flexibility
- Exceptional attention to detail, excellent written English, numerate and analytical skills
- Strong organisational skills, ability to use own initiative and multitask, with a willingness to work additional hours when required
