Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Working Arrangements

This is a full-time position based in Colchester, with one day per week working from home after completing the probation period. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm, with a 1-hour lunch break. The estimated salary range for this role is £24,500 - £25,000 per annum, dependent on your level of experience.
