Job Title: IFA Administrator

We are seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join our well-established Colchester Office.

Purpose of the Role:

To provide administrative support to Independent Financial Advisers in delivering high-quality services to clients through client-related tasks, review work, reporting, and implementation.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client File Preparation: Prepare client files for annual or half-yearly reviews, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and up-to-date.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to Independent Financial Advisers, including data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks.
Requirements:
  • A certificate in financial services (desired).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry technical software packages.
  • Strong teamwork and flexible approach skills.
