Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our team at the Transfer of Care Hub in Colchester Hospital. This is an exciting opportunity to provide efficient administration support and be a key contact for patients and families.
Job DescriptionIn this role, you will work collaboratively as part of a team to provide comprehensive and high-quality services. You will be responsible for adhering to policies and procedures, communicating effectively with a range of people, and supervising/coordinating other team members. You will also have experience working with members of the public and be familiar with the NHS discharge process.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the team
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues
- Supervise/coordinate team members
- Work collaboratively as part of a team
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous administrative experience
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organisational skills
- NVQ level 3 in administration/secretarial or equivalent experience
- GCSE grade 5/C or equivalent in English and Maths
