Training and Capability Development Lead

NatWest Group is looking for an experienced Training and Capability Development Lead to join our Operations team.
- This role involves supporting the design and delivery of training programmes to enhance the skills and knowledge of Ops Agents.
- You will work closely with external accreditation bodies to ensure that our training programmes meet the required industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training materials, including modules and resources.
- Manage the development of in-house training programs, working closely with subject matter experts.
- Provide ongoing support to Ops Agents to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in training and development, preferably in a financial services environment.
- Strong understanding of banking operations and processes, with deep knowledge of Customer Support & Complaints, Payments, and Lending Operations.
- Ability to analyse data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
