As a Senior Operations Training Analyst at NatWest Group, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the training and capability-building needs of our Operations team.

About the Role

  • You will be responsible for assessing training needs within the Operations team through data collection, surveys, and feedback.
  • Develop opportunities to support the design of effective training programmes.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will collect and maintain data on Ops Agents capabilities and training completion, preparing regular reports. You will also coordinate with external accreditation bodies to ensure training programmes meet relevant industry standards.

The Skills You'll Need

You will need a strong understanding of banking operations and processes, with deep knowledge of Customer Support & Complaints, Payments and Lending Operations.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, plus benefits including pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave.
