Job Overview

This role involves providing specialist advice on health and safety matters associated with well engineering, drilling, and other well operations. The successful candidate will work closely with industry stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and investigate accidents and incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and maintain expertise in well engineering and operations, including drilling, completion, and production activities.
  • Provide specialist advice to industry stakeholders on health and safety matters related to well engineering and operations.
  • Investigate accidents, incidents, and complaints to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective regulatory strategies.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in well engineering and operations, with excellent analytical and communication skills. They must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of integrity and professionalism.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
