Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Engineering Management Specialist to join our team at Green Cat Hydrogen Limited. The role involves overseeing the design, engineering, and implementation of green hydrogen production projects, as well as leading and mentoring a growing multi-disciplinary engineering team.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Provide leadership and accountability for the end-to-end design, engineering, and implementation of green hydrogen projects.
  2. Grow, develop, and mentor the engineering team to align with business expansion and project demands.
  3. Ensure effective communication across departments and integrate engineering efforts with company-wide strategies.
  4. Develop and execute an engineering roadmap for the team, aligned with long-term business objectives.

The ideal candidate must have 7+ years of professional experience in a relevant engineering management capacity, with strong technical ability in plant design and system interfacing. A proven track record of delivering projects with CAPEX ≥ £10m from Pre-FEED to operation is essential.
