This role involves providing a responsive and compliant HR advisory service in line with company policies and legislation. You will support stakeholders with case management and administrative guidance on HR issues, including disciplinary and grievance meetings.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Staying up-to-date with current employment legislation and advising line managers on its application.
  • Providing practical guidance on how to manage formal ER issues, including meeting preparation and conduct.
  • Supporting the development and improvement of performance management processes within the organization.
